Visit to IMSciences
A SunSaviour Team, led by Prof. M Subhan Qureshi, Chief Patron, and Engr. Irfan ul Haq Qureshi, Strategic Planner, visited the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) in Peshawar. Welcomed by Mr. Asad Ashfaq, Coordinator for the Office of Research on Innovations and Commercialization (ORIC)/Head of Marketing, the visit marked a significant step towards fostering collaboration and innovation.
During the visit, an invitation letter was extended to Mr Asad Ashfaq for participation of IMSciences in the First International Solar Expo and Conference (#ISE2024) at Sheraz Arena Peshawar on June 1-2, 2024, powered by #SunSaviour. It was a moment of mutual agreement that honored the potential collaboration.
In the spirit of partnership, it was proposed that Director IMSciences, Prof. Usman Ghani, may grace the occasion as a Guest of Honor, adding prestige to the event. Furthermore, senior faculty members may contribute to panel discussions and keynote lectures, addressing critical issues within the solar industry, emphasizing the importance of academia-industry synergies and good governance practices.
The academic community at IMSciences, known for its excellence in management education, is anticipated to participate in the conference. Graduate and postgraduate scholars are poised to showcase their research endeavors through poster presentations and ideas competitions, particularly focusing on the business dimensions of the solar industry.
IMSciences stands as a beacon of educational excellence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, its reputation transcending provincial borders. Acknowledged by the government as a center of excellence, IMSciences continues to expand its horizons in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Health, and allied disciplines. The institution’s commitment to excellence is upheld by a distinguished Board of Governors, comprised of eminent educationists, industrialists, and government representatives, ensuring continuous growth and productivity.
