A team of GreenWend Energy, comprising the Chief Patron Prof M Subhan Qureshi and Manager Strategic Planning Engr Irfan ul Haq visited the City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT) , Peshawar in connection with the First International Solar Expo and Conference to be held at Sheraz Arena, Dean Trade Center, Peshawar Cantt on June 1-2, 2024, powered by #SunSaviour.
HOD Electrical Engineering Department, Engr Shaheer Durrani welcomed the Team. A letter of inviation, a brochure of the Event and a standee covering the major feature of the event were handed over to him. The Team requested for nomination of a few faculty members to participate in the panel discussion and deliver keynote lectures. They will also help in scrutinizing the absracts of postgraduae thesis research and final year projects of the students submitted for the event. The faculty members may also be requested to submit thier students works online on the expo website.
Then a vist was paid to the office of the Registrar, Mr Amjad Ali, who appreciated the efforts of GreenWend Energy and assured cooperation in this regard.
Office of the Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Mohammad Abid, was visited and an invitation was extended to him to attend the event as a Guest of Honor and to allow the faculty members to assist the organizers as Experts and the students to compete in through postgraduate research posters and final year projects. He, very kindly agreed for cooperation and added that applied research may be initiated through academia industry linkages to provide solutions to the society.
A visit was made to Rizwan Medical Center (RMC) and General Hospital near Patang chowk Ring Road Peshawar.
RMC has been accredited by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Healthcare Commission. KPHCC ensures quality of care and safety in health care system in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, established in 2015. The KP HCC is an autonomous body governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health care Commission Act, 2015. The Act envisages regulation of both public and private health care establishments in the province to improve quality.
Rizwan General Hospital arrange free medical camps frequently for the surrounding areas of main ring road, Yousafabad near Abasyn University. In addition to free medicl examinaiton, the laboratory and X-Rays servcies are discounted to the tune of 50%.
Dr Rizwanullah Khattak and Dr Kamran were invited to attend the upcoming HiTea at the weekend. They were also invited to attend the First International Expo and Conference 2024 at Sheraz Arena, Dean Trade Center, Peshawar Cantt. They agreed on attending the event. Dr Rizwan will deliver a keynote lecture on the status of neurological disorders in the human population of the Region, to which he agreed.
